Hi, I'm Mitu. This blog is about videogames, science, art, and other such beautiful things.
I'm Mitu Khandaker, and I'm an independent game developer (as The Tiniest Shark) and videogames PhD researcher (at University of Portsmouth, UK). Basically, I think about and make videogames. I also co-founded and run a charity called Arohon, aiming to help the worlds poorest climb out of poverty, through the education & empowerment of rural women in developing countries. I occasionally write at various places, including, previously, at Gamasutra et al. I was named one of Develop's 30 Under 30 promising UK game devs of 2012. Basically, I ♥ multiclassing. Oh, and space. Definitely space. I believe cosmic perspective is one of the most important things.
